Kim Flynn, Owner and solo Hairstylist, is a veteran graduate of the Aveda Institute.  She opened the first location of Quiet Waters Salon in St. Anthony, Minnesota in 1995.  She was awarded "Top 200 Salons in the Nation" by Salon Today magazine two consecutive years.  In 2005, Kim relocated her salon to a more intimate and personal setting in Roseville.

Kim genuinely cares about people and her first love is creating beautiful hair.  What clients love most about her is that she consistently attends advanced training seminars in the Twin Cities, and around the United States to update her skills.  Kim’s salon coach, Oscar Valencia of 'Inspiring Champions', encourages her in building a strong, integrity-based business that serves people creatively from the heart.
